Creator Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

To become a Creator, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Complete any identity verification requested by the Platform.
• Not be prohibited by applicable law from participating.

2. Creator Content

"Creator Content" includes photographs, videos, profile information, descriptions, messages, and any other content uploaded by you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to your content or have all necessary permissions.
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Any individuals appearing in content are at least 18 years old and have provided valid consent.
• Content does not violate any applicable law.

3. License Granted to LoveCheckers

You retain ownership of your Creator Content.

However, by uploading content, you grant LoveCheckers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host and store your content.
• Display your content to users of the Platform.
• Promote your profile and content on LoveCheckers and related marketing channels.
• Create resized, compressed, or reformatted versions required for technical operation of the Platform.

This license remains active while your content is available on the Platform.

4. Revenue Sharing

Where applicable:

• Creators are entitled to the revenue share percentage displayed in their Creator dashboard or agreed in writing.
• Revenue calculations are determined by Platform records.
• LoveCheckers may deduct payment processing fees, chargebacks, taxes, refunds, and fraud-related losses before calculating payouts.
• Payout schedules may be modified upon reasonable notice.

5. Payments

Creators are responsible for:

• Providing accurate payment information.
• Reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
• Maintaining eligibility to receive payments under local laws.

LoveCheckers may withhold payments where:

• Fraud is suspected.
• Content violates these Terms.
• Legal obligations require withholding.
• Chargebacks or disputes occur.

6. Prohibited Content

Creators may not upload content that:

• Violates laws or regulations.
• Involves minors.
• Contains non-consensual material.
• Promotes violence or illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Includes deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Contains malware, malicious code, or harmful files.

7. Platform Moderation

LoveCheckers reserves the right to:

• Review Creator Content.
• Remove content at its discretion.
• Suspend visibility of content.
• Restrict monetization.
• Suspend or terminate Creator accounts.

The Platform is not obligated to host any particular content.

8. Creator Conduct

Creators agree not to:

• Manipulate gameplay or platform mechanics.
• Use bots or automated systems.
• Circumvent platform fees.
• Harass users.
• Attempt to move transactions off-platform.
• Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, designs, logos, gameplay mechanics, and technology remain the exclusive property of LoveCheckers. Creators receive no ownership interest in the Platform itself.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

LoveCheckers may suspend or terminate Creator accounts immediately for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Repeated user complaints.
• Legal or regulatory concerns.
• Content policy violations.

Upon termination, the Platform may remove content and withhold unpaid earnings pending investigation.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." LoveCheckers does not guarantee:

• Any minimum earnings.
• Continuous platform availability.
• User engagement levels.
• Future monetization opportunities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveCheckers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Creator Program.

13. Indemnification

Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoveCheckers, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Creator Content.
• Violation of law.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

LoveCheckers may update these Creator Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Creator Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
